05.11.09 : “Amazing Things Are Happening Here”
I had doctor’s appointment at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. It’s like only 5 min away from my apartment, so I decided to take some pictures of my neighborhood on the way. It was a beautiful day. I also got new x-ray of my elbow. Which looks very… interesting. I still can’t believe this is what happened to MY arm.

Kara no Kyokai is Another incredible animation by a Japanese author, Kinoko Nasu, who wrote one of my favorite animations, “Fate/stay night“. Illustration and art direction are truly amazing, and of course the story is.

Mikiya Kokuto finds himself intrigued by two things. The first is by Shiki Ryougi a beautiful, yet rather unsociable, girl and the other is the strange series of violent deaths that start occuring in his town. As he attempts to get closer to Shiki, he soon learns that the two are connected and that there are many supernatural forces at work which could very likely get him killed as well.

I went to Bronx Zoo with MJ. It was a lot of fun since it’s been more than 7 years last time I visited any zoo. Bronx Zoo was pretty huge and enjoyable. Because of unfortunate bad weather, there were very few people around and I didn’t get to see many outdoor animals, but I was able to see and observe animals for a fair amount of time. I’d like to shoot some videos on next visit.
